Apparently, Vivo is gearing up to launch a new Vivo Y100, this version is said to be different from the Indian and Chinese versions released last year. The Indian version is powered by the Dimensity 900 chip while the Chinese version is equipped with the Snapdragon 695. This new Vivo Y100 5G will have a completely different hardware and design compared to the earlier models. Let’s explore the rumored specs and features of the upcoming device.

The device will have a 6.67 inch AMOLED hole-punch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. With a weight of 185g, the new model is quite lightweight, it also has a thickness of just 7.79mm which means it’s also slim. The phone is rated IP54 for a limited level of water and dust resistance, it has a nice design and at the rear is a camera module that houses three camera lenses and an LED flash.

Under the hood, the phone would be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with 8GB RAM with up to 8GB virtual RAM expansion and 128GB or 256GB storage options.
