Blu G43 is a cheap phone with a nice design and specs that are not too bad, the smartphone was launched in the US a few days ago and is expected to retail for a very affordable price.
According to a legit source, the Blu G43 has a thickness of 9.95mm and it weighs 207g, at the back of the phone is a camera module that houses a 13MP main camera, an LED flash and a depth sensor, the main rear camera can record 1080P videos @30fps. Additionally, the phone has a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS LCD teardrop notch display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, the teardrop notch houses an 8MP selfie. The phone is offered in Orange, Gray and Green colorways.
The phone is powered by the low-end Unisoc T606 (12nm) 1.6GHz octa-core processor paired with the ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. It also utilizes 2GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. In addition, the phone supports storage expansion. This clearly indicates that the BLU G43 isn’t meant for intensive tasks including gaming, while there are games available on Play Store that this device can run properly, the phone would struggle to run games like COD and Pubg.
Further, the phone is backed by a 4000mAh battery. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support fast charging but the device has a USB Type-C port, it also ships with the Android 13 out of the box. Additional features includes Bluetooth 4.1, GPS & A-GPS, dual nano SIM, Wi-Fi, a fingerprint sensor at the rear and it also supports face unlock.
While the price of the phone remains undisclosed, it’s projected to cost less than $200. The BLU G43 is perfect for those that need a phone that is very cheap and can handle the usual lightweight tasks including streaming online, playing music & videos, sending/receiving phone calls & messages, browsing, etc. It could also serve as a backup device.
